Students are regularly creating work on the iPad that needs saving, this is often saved in Google Drive and other cloud storage, however, regular iPad backup into iTunes is also essential. It is encouraged that students plug there iPad into a computer as least once a week and back up their iPad to ensure that all files and other data are safe. Should your iPad suffer some sort of misadventure, such as an accident where it is broken or an unexpected technical fault, then you simply need to plug your fixed iPad into the computer again and restore the device to last backup. This restore option will put everything back n the device for you.
