Year 9 PASS Group 5
Students had an exciting and rewarding start to their Year 9 PASS camp. The girls began with a short bushwalk to the high ropes course, where they challenged themselves, supported one another, and stepped outside their comfort zones.
Afterwards, the group headed to camp for the night. They successfully lit a campfire, set up their own tents, and worked together to cook dinner. At the end of the day, the girls reflected on the roles they had taken on and the teamwork they had demonstrated throughout the activities.
They enjoyed a peaceful night, falling asleep to the sound of rain on their tents, before waking to birdsong and the sounds of nature. After packing up camp, the group made their way down to the water for a fun session of beach games to finish the experience.
We are so proud of the girls for their resilience, teamwork, and willingness to embrace each challenge and new experience. It was thoroughly enjoyable to share the experience with them all, seeing their smiles, and watching their confidence grow throughout the camp.
